This is Erica. She is a thoughtful soul. When I met Erica the first thing I noticed about her was her sense of service. A very put together woman who is happy to meet anyone and listen to their story. Even more important than this is the way she is so accepting of that story. She is someone who truly cares about the people around her. Beyond that, Erica is a sign-language interpreter here in the Fort Worth area, a constant observer of many things the rest of us probably miss. Thank you for letting me photography you, Erica.

"When I start my day at 6:30 in the morning I look in the mirror. At that moment I don't think I look like the woman in those photographs. I didn't know I could look like the woman in those photographs. Now I have these photographs to remind me I am beautiful. No matter what I think about myself when I look in the mirror, I am and always will be that beautiful woman.
Without being persistent or domineering, Katie had complete control of the photo shoot. She knew at every instant what she wanted the room to look like and what the mood should feel like and she was able to convey that to me in a way that I could understand never having done a professional photo shoot before. Her knowledge of the craft allowed her to guide me through the entire photo shoot."
